Communication Guidelines

Communication Guidelines

Good Gravy Films is enthusiastic about supporting your film. The notes below should serve as a general guide, but we do work with each film individually on screen credits, logo placements, etc. Please reach out to your contact about specific crediting questions for your film.

Use of Good Gravy Films Name

Please use our full name, “Good Gravy Films." Please do not use "Good Gravy" or "Good Gravy Fund."  You can always list Good Gravy Films and its grant(s) on donor lists, decks, film materials, or your website. You can also discuss Good Gravy Films in private conversations and connect us with other donors or potential supporters if they have questions or insights and we can be helpful.

Use of Good Gravy Films Logo

The Good Gravy Films logo is available for use on donor lists, websites, decks, or annual reports.

The Good Gravy Films Screen Credit logo is available for use in screen credits.

Both logo sets include versions for use on light and dark backgrounds.

We are always happy to review or proof scrolls or materials.

Please contact us for permission for other uses.

MEDIA MENTIONS AND APPROVAL PROCESS

We are not social media users, so there is no way to tag us in posts on different platforms, but feel free to link to our website: goodgravyfilms.org

We typically will not approve requests for public communications (press releases, social media, blogs, email blasts, newsletters) solely focused on Good Gravy Films and/or a grant from the fund. On rare occasion, we may approve messaging where we are mentioned as supporters in conjunction with other donors. If there is an opportunity you would like to discuss, please send all requests to jello@goodgravyfilms.org at least 10 days in advance of your internal due date.

Good Gravy Films reserves the right to alter and/or decline any proposals.
